Legal Notice – Dropshipped Products


1. What Does "Dropshipped" Mean?

Some of the products we sell are dropshipped.
That means:

  • We don't keep every item in our own warehouse

  • When you place an order, we forward it to a trusted supplier or manufacturer

  • That supplier then packs and ships the product directly to you

This helps us offer you more products, better prices, and faster shipping in many cases!


2. Who Is Responsible for What?

 

Who Responsibility
You (the customer) Provide a correct shipping address and check your order details
Us (the store) Process your order, handle customer service, and resolve issues
Our supplier/partner Pack, ship, and deliver your product on time

We carefully choose our suppliers, but please understand that:

  • We do not physically inspect every item before it ships

  • We rely on our suppliers to ship accurately and on time


3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays can happen due to weather, holidays, customs, or supplier backups

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or supplier

If your order is late, just email us – we'll help track it down!


4. Product Quality & Defects

We want you to love what you get!
But because we dropship:

  • We cannot guarantee the exact color, size, or packaging down to every tiny detail (slight variations may happen)

  • If your item arrives broken, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days – we will fix it (see our Return Policy)


5. Stock & Availability

Sometimes a product may be out of stock even after you order.
If that happens:

  • We will contact you right away

  • You can choose a refund or a replacement


6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions and photos, but:

  • We are not responsible for minor differences between the product photo and the actual item

  • We are not liable for any harm, damage, or loss caused by:

    • Misuse of the product

    • Delays in shipping

    • Supplier errors (we will always step in to help, though!)


7. Your Rights

Nothing in this notice takes away your legal rights as a consumer.
If you have a serious issue, we will work with you to make it right – that's our promise.
